STEP INTO WELLBEING: Reflexology with Shona
A very warm welcome to my website. I am sorry but unfortunately I am closed for the time being due to the current Coronavirus situation. I am following government and professional body guidelines - please see above. Please do check the website from time to time for when this changes. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you when I am able to practice again.
I am a fully qualified Reflexologist, having achieved a Reflexology Mastership (level 5). I am a member of the following professional bodies: Professional Reflexology and the Association of Reflexologists.
Reflexology will support you through any time and stage in your life, whether you are experiencing problems with physical health, facing emotional challenges or know that you need to spend more time looking after yourself. It is a great way to relax and release stress.
Through my training to become a Reflexologist, I am able to use a variety of different Reflexology techniques and approaches to address a wide range of physical and emotional conditions. My Reflexology training has also included further specialist training in relation to techniques for Musculoskeletal issues, Fertility, Stress, Oedema, Cancer, Pregnancy and Stress.
I believe that the extensive training that I have completed to become a reflexologist, along with my interest and enjoyment in what I do, ensures that my clients receive the best treatment available. I offer a bespoke Reflexology treatment programme to suit your individual needs.
I continue to be amazed at the many benefits of Reflexology and believe that the best way to experience the positive benefits is to come along and try it for yourself.
A warm welcome awaits you at Reflexology for Wellbeing.
A little about me:
My career has been spent working in the NHS where my role has involved placing people at the centre of care. I have experience of working with people with a range of medical and mental health conditions and I know the importance of listening to people and providing care specific to them. I have always taken a holistic approach to my work and have had a keen interest in complementary therapies. I had a personal health crisis that highlighted for me the mind/body connection and the importance of self-care to ensure my wellbeing from a physical, emotional and spiritual perspective. Having experienced a variety of different therapies on my healing journey, I found that Reflexology resonated with me and found myself taking the plunge and studying to become a Reflexologist on a course that would train me to the highest level and that fitted in well with skills that I already had from my NHS job. I have lived in Aigburth, South of Liverpool for 15 years with my family and love that I am now able to work from home as a Reflexologist.
I believe that our bodies have a tremendous capacity to self-heal; Reflexology, as a therapy, provides an excellent way of supporting us to rebalance and be well. I would love you to experience this wonderfully relaxing and healing experience.
Please contact me by phone or email if you have any questions or wish to discuss any aspect of Reflexology.
